Located in San Antonio Texas on 6 acres, features a quiet urban setting.  Dealing with a constrained site, the architect planned an inward community of buildings which form peaceful courtyards.  The bisected site allowed the architect to create a second community of buildings, featuring a clubhouse with leasing offices, gym, and business center encompassing the pool area that provides a secure feeling in an urban environment.

Located on 14.46 acres in north Houston, the apartment complex is compromised of 376 dwelling units with a rentable square footage of 354,720 square feet. A club house with leasing offices, adjacent to outdoor amenities including a pool and cabanas, is the central focus of the developments.

Destino Living
Destino Living is a gated ten story luxury community comprising 30 distinctive condominium homes.  The 200,000 square foot tower is a cast-in-place flat plate post tensioned concrete system and is integral with a multi level parking structure. Exterior materials are of aluminum siding, cut stone and glass.  With the majestic Texas Hill Country as a backdrop, the project overlooks a private country club and golf course. In the heart of the Stone Oak area of north central San Antonio, the apartment complex includes 258 units and sits on 21.6 acres. A club house and offices configured around a pool and other outdoor amenities.
