Located in San Antonio Texas on 6 acres, Cenizo Flats features a quiet urban setting.  Dealing with a constrained site, the architect planned an inward community of buildings which form peaceful courtyards.  The bisected site allowed the architect to create a second community of buildings, featuring a clubhouse with leasing offices, gym, and business center encompassing the pool area that provides a secure feeling in an urban environment. Principal in charge: Rick Brendler, AIA
