Located in San Antonio, Texas in a planned unit development near the medical center area of northwest San Antonio, the structure was designed to emulate a traditional Mexican hacienda while accommodating several medical offices, stylistic elements evoking the intended style are roof finials, tile roofing, shaped parapets, plaster moldings, corner towers, arched openings, porte-cochere, and a central rotunda. Principal in charge: Rick Brendler, AIA
